Benign skin tumors, such as seborrheic keratosis, papillomas and dermatofibromas, are non-cancerous skin lesions that typically do not require treatment. However, their removal may be requested if they are accompanied by symptoms, are repeatedly traumatized or cause aesthetic concerns.
Papillomas:Small, soft, often filiform lesions that primarily appear in skin folds subject to friction (e.g., neck, armpits) and are more common in overweight individuals.

Seborrheic Keratosis: Appears as a brown or black, typically raised lesion with a keratinized surface. It is very common in older individuals and usually does not cause symptoms.
