Dr. Athanasios I. Pavlidis was born in 1981 in Athens. He is a Dermatologist - Aphrodisiologist, Director of the Dermatology Department at the Henry Dunant Hospital Center and Scientific Associate of the Dermatology Clinic of the University Hospital of Rome "Tor Vergata". Since 2016 he has maintained a practice in Kolonaki, and is now a founding member of the A.I. Derma Clinic, in the center of Athens.
Education
Dr. Pavlidis is a graduate of the Moraitis School and completed his studies in Medicine at the University of Rome "La Sapienza". He specialized in Dermatology - Aphrodisiology, graduating with "Excellent" degree from the University of Rome "Tor Vergata".
In addition, it holds:
- Master in Lasers and other light sources and their applications in Dermatology and Aesthetic Medicine from the University of Rome "Tor Vergata".
- Master's degree in Dermatoscopy from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
During his residency, he completed a clinical fellowship at the Athens "Andreas Syngros" Hospital for Dermatological and Venereal Diseases, gaining valuable experience in clinical dermatology.

Dr. Pavlidis has particular expertise in the following areas:
Clinical and Interventional Dermatology:
- Management and treatment of dermatological conditions such as psoriasis, acne, atopic dermatitis, vitiligo and alopecia.
- Checking, dermoscopy and mapping of nevi.
- Specialization in dermatosurgery.
Cosmetic Dermatology:
- Experience in all cosmetic dermatology such as Hyaluronic Acid, Botox, Dysport, Mesotherapy, Skin boosters, Thread Lift and PRP.
- Instructor on Croma/Novimed polynucleotide injectables.
- Tutor in the postgraduate courses of the European Association of Dermatology and Venereology (EADV) on botulinum toxin, under the guidance of Professor Emeritus of Dermatology Andreas D. Katsampas.
Laser and Photodynamic Treatments:
- Master in the use of Laser and other light sources for dermatological and aesthetic applications from the University of Rome "Tor Vergata".
Scientific Participations
- Founding member of the Hellenic Society of the Lower Genital System.
- Active member of Greek and international dermatological societies.
Scientific Project
Dr. Pavlidis is an invited speaker at Greek and international conferences and has a significant number of publications in peer-reviewed journals. In addition, he has translated two foreign-language medical texts.
